I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade the ram and hard drive to make it an "up to date" computer. I was wanting like 2g of ram and a 250 g hard drive.
Once the firmware is up to date, all models can accept a single 512 MB SO-DIMM in the single slot, which would be added to the soldered 32 MB or 64 MB on board.
The clamshells take a standard 2+1/2" form factor IDE/ATA laptop drive, but its installation requires a near-total teardown.
