iPhone 3G won't connect to PC

Hey guys, really annoying problem! My iphone is refusing to istall on my PC. When I plug it into the computer there is a set of 3, very fast, beeps followed by nothing! I have tried it on my laptop and it works! Sooo frustrating. I have reinstalled iTunes and even reset my iPhone but still no luck. Any ideas guys?

Try a different USB port

Didn't work! Same thing, stupid beebing noise and then nothing! It's getting so frustrating now!

Done it! Went into manage computer, then services and disabled all services relating to apple. Then restarted them and voila, it worked! Pleased now!

Hi I am also having the same problem. My iphone won't connect to my pc. I have reinstalled the new itunes version but it wont recognize my phone! Any suggestions? Is anyone eslae having this problem since downloading the new itunes? THANKS!!!
