Activesync works on WIFI but STOPPED working on edge/3g

Hi, my iPhone has been working fine for over 6 months with no sync issues ever. Suddenly this week it stopped synching exchange over Edge/3G. It will work on WIFI. My other mail such as Gmail and Yahoo are unaffected by this, they still work over Edge/3G and WIFI both. This seems to be only related to Exchange activesync over Edge/3G. I have been updated to the latest code since it came out and it was working previously. I checked with work and nothing has been done to the exchange server. Besides it will work over WIFI. This seems to be an Edge/3G thing. Does anybody else have this issue? or Fix? Bueller??
