When I went to start up my macbook this morning, it started up with the customary gray screen, but instead of the gray apple logo, I was presented with a flashing gray globe. It flashed a few times, and then it changed to the normal apple logo and the rest of start up was normal. Has anyone else seen the flashing globe?
Your Mac is trying to start up from a non-existent network disk; go to System Preference>Startup Disk and make sure your usual disk is set as the startup disk.
