Tags data not saving

Hi,

Since upgrading to 8.0.2 I've had problems tagging MP3 and AIFF files.

Occasionally I change the settings for a track's name, album or genre, the new information doesn't keep. Next time I click on the file the details revert to their original settings.

This occurs when I adjust one file or multiple files, and it's happened in iTunes 8.0.2 and 8.1. It didn't happen with iTunes 7.x.

Any ideas what the cause is and how it can be fixed?
