What does "Reset all settings" reset?

What exactly does "Reset all settings" reset? Everything that can be set using the "Settings" app, including all my email accounts?

I have a little glitch that I can probably fix with "Reset all settings", but I don't really want to re-configure my email account - and if I have to, I need to plan this for when I have time to do so.

Any help is appreciated.

It doesn't delete POP/IMAP email account settings, but it does delete Exchange accounts. Not sure about MobileMe.

I'd recommend that you be prepared for it to be deleted, just in case...

Note that if you have the account configured on your computer, you can sync that information to the iPhone by ticking the box in the Info tab in iTunes.
