Valid credentials, but missing course(s)

We have a situation where we are passing a set of eight credentials for a user, but we are not seeing the corresponding eight courses appear in iTunes U. We typically see seven of the courses at startup and then if we move around the site, a course will "drop off". Here is our debug page:

Yes, the problem is repeatable. We can usually see all eight courses associated with those credentials the first time in, but typically the second course noted (200902-6032-EDI-407-02)"drops out" after a few actions. Sometimes, another course will drop out after awhile, leaving us with six. These are simple course sections with one tab each. I haven't been able to see any permission problems yet.
