Lack of access privileges?

When I plug my iPhone in and attempt to sync it, it comes up with a message that says:

"The iPhone '*name of iPhone*' cannot be synced. You do not have enough access privileges for this operation."

Has anyone ever had this problem? If so how did you fix it?

Any help would be wonderful!

Due to many new security and UAC features new to Vista, the Operating System now requires administrator privileges for many actions taken on the computer. Your user must be a computer administrator, and if the problem persists, right-click iTunes and say "Run as Administrator."

Right-Click the iTunes icon in the menu that pops up one of the options will be Run as Administrator, otherwise if you enter properties (through the same menu) it has a whole stack of options under the Security/Priviledges TAB, this let's you customise all priveledges in regard to iTunes make sure it lists Read/Write/Modify access all as ok and run as administrator is checked
