Sleep (wakeup) problems with 2x 2 GB RAM

Hi,

my old problem still persists, but the thread is archived. Please have a look at
Topic : Does not wake up from sleep after some time
http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1451042&tstart=0
and answer here.

PS: Is there some official way to contact Apple with this problem? I have the strong feeling this is not the right place to get solutions.

Thanks,
Carsten

Hallo Carsten,

1. You can try calling AppleCare by telephone. Even if you don't have AppleCare, you may at least be able to talk with a human representative from Apple 🙂

If they refuse to help you, they may at least have a suggestion about what to do or who to contact with your problem.

AppleCare in Deutschland: (49) 01805 009 433
Montag bis Freitag - 8:00 bis 19:45
Samstag- 10:00 bis 17:45 Uhr

2. You could visit the Apple retail store in München, although it is not likely practical if you live in Aachen 😟

3. Apple Autorisierter Service Providers (AASPs) within or near Aachen should be able to talk directly with Apple, on your behalf. Search for Deutsch AASPs here: <http://www.apple.com/de/buy/locator>.
For example, I found a store in Köln called Simply Mac <http://www.simplymac.de>.

Of course you should call in advance to see if the AASP can address your problem.

I hope you have success finding someone to speak with.
