Adding jpg and pdf files to an audiobook

Hi all,

Is it possible to add pdf and jpg files to an audiobook?

Thanks,

Same here. I've recently bought some CD audiobooks that have PDF booklets with them which I'd like to have in the same folder with them for organisational purposes. As it stands, apparently you can only have PDFs as music, podcasts and iTunes U (not even sure what that is).

On the whole, i think iTunes needs to get a lot better with its audiobook support. In particular, the sorting of chapters in Finder. I have multiple books from the same author and all their different parts are muddled up in the Finder view. For example:

My only suggestion is using another application like iMovie to make a slideshow of all the pictures you have and then adding the audiobook audio over that slideshow. But I'm quite certain you can only add one pic in iTunes as the cover art. Another solution might be using Garageband to split the audiobook into segments and then import those segments into iTunes and add different pictures for each segment.

The reason I asked my previous questions is to figure out what you specifically want to do with the pictures in your audiobook. Otherwise I can throw ideas out, but they might not be at all what you want.

I think Ziv wants to do the same thing I'm trying to do.

Here's scenario:

I purchased an audio interview. The audio came with a pdf transcript. Organizationally, I would like to keep the two files together. Since I'm going to have the audiobook in iTunes, I thought I'd just put the pdf in there, even though it's not useful in an iTunes context.

Basically, it would just be storing the pdf with the audio for safe-keeping and so I can find it when I want to read along with the audio.

The problem is that when I drag the pdf into the audiobooks page, it gets added under "Music" even though I titled it the same as the audio file.
