Logitech Z5500 versus BOSE Companion 5

Both are the same price, but which speakers provide better sound? I would think the Z5500 since it's actually has 5 speakers while the BOSE creates the sound of 5 speakers. Also the Logitech is THX certified, if that certification means anything.

If the sound of the BOSE is just as good as the Logitech Z5500 then I would get the BOSE Companion 5 since it's easier to install and no need to the rear speakers.

I actually had Bose companion 2, but sold them about 2 months later. I expected more from Bose.

However, Bose headphones are amazing! I guess maybe it was because the companion 2 were the budget speakers of the Bose range and I was expecting more... I am not an audiophille and am easily impressed tbh!

I have the Z5500 connected to my 360 and the are AMAZING!! I'm sorry but I can't compare them to the Bose C5's, but in their own right they are amazing speakers and you will not be disappointed!!!

Just warn your neighbours first as they can be very loud and the sub is quite big so make room for that....

Good luck 🙂
