Advanced Spotlight / SavedSearch Question

Hi there, maybe someone knows a trick, which may help me.

I want to do searches for some keywords but not in a specific folder, i.e. i want to search for "webdesign" but not in the folder "webdesign" but in all other folders (and i want this as a SavedSearch). Is there a trick how to exclude a folder from a search?
