Hidden mini player

When I choose "switch to mini player" iTunes seems to disappear. The mini player is not visible. I can ctrl-m to restore the original iTunes window, but I enjoy the mini player on my pc @ work. I have restarted multiple times and still the mini player is not visible. Any suggestions?

Chris,

I'm not really sure why you cant see the mini player, have you made sure that (Keep Mini Player on top of all other windows) in the advance tab of itunes preferences is checked.

Also while I'm thinking of it if you right click on the task bar (the place that displays what applications are open in windows not the start menu or clock but between them) and select Toolbars > iTunes, or at least make sure it has a check mark in front of it. And then making sure (Minimize iTunes to system tray) isn't checked in the advance tab of itunes preferences. When you minimize itunes it puts a Micro Player 'for lack of a better word' in the task bar. Its kinda like having a Mini Player just its locked to one place.

Best of luck and I hope that helps,
Weston
