Exporting MIDI from GarageBand to Logic

I recorded some MIDI in Garageband and want to export it to use in an existing project I have in Logic. I cannot seem to figure out how to do it. Can anyone help?? thanks so much!

macbook pro, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

Two ways:
Open the Garageband project in Logic and export it as a MIDI file. Then open the project you want to add it to and import the MIDI file into that.
You can also try to directly copy it between the projects - disable coreaudio before you try that.
