ok so my situation is that i bought an album on my iphone....as usual i cannot sync that album into my itunes library...why i do not know...so i usually just buy my purchase from the itunes store and it tells me i bought that item already so i dont need to pay for it....however this time it actually went through and purchased the album again....so i decide to try to find out how to report this issue....there is no email for it i have to use report issue with purchase....i attempted to do so until i press the report a problem button in view purchase history or within the purchase itself...and it does nothing. AMAZING...so now i paid twice for something and i cannot contact someone about it.

any ideas?
