ITunes won't authorize my apps

Hello Guys!

I am a new Iphone owner, I just purchased a 3G Iphone a few days ago, and downloaded the Ebay app into ITunes (it's for free). Now, when trying to synchronizing the app into my Iphone, it saus I am not authorised to do that.

Now, I have read on this forum for the solution but its still not working. I have the latest versions of Itunes and firmware for iphone, I have tried deauthorize and than authorize my computer, but its still not working. why is that???

If this is the only app not syncing, delete it in itunes. After that make sure your computer is still authorized and you're logged in with your itunes account. Then download the app again and try to sync.

thanks for replying. But that didnt work, and now Google Earth app which I downloaded on my iphone, ITunes says it cannot be transferred to ITunes libary because Im not authorized on this computer.

Now what should I do?? How do I do a clean install??

Restore your phone http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
but set it up "as new iphone" in case your backup is causing these problems.

Thanks Ingo!

I have completely uninstalled ITunes and deleted all Apple/Ipod/ITunes folders from my computer and re-installed ITunes. Now my Iphone syncs with ITune without any problems!!

I advice anyone who is still having authorize/deauthorize problems to try this.
