Hyperlink within motion project

Is it possible to create a hyperlink within a motion project (ie something that will open a web page when clicked)?

I can't find the work 'hyperlink' in the Motion manual and the only reference to 'web link' is in the help menu.

I know this can be done directly in QT, but if I can use Motion that would be great.
