Blue dot next to unwatched movies?

Blue dot next to unwatched movies?

Under "My TV show" I can see a blue dot next to my unwatched shows. This feature does not seem available in the "My Movie"....

Is this normal?

For my unwatched movies, I get a blue dot, in "my movies".

The blue dot means the file in question has not been viewed by you yet, either in iTunes on your computer or on the AppleTV. You've probably opened all the movie files already, hence no blue dot. You can mark the files as "New" in iTunes and get the dot back if you really want.

I tried to reset the movies to new, I do have a blue dot (always had) in iTunes but not on the TV???

I am going to try a full reset and see.

You have to re-sync the AppleTV to update it with any changes you made in iTunes.

I have the same problem - no blue dots for unwatched movies on my Apple TV. TV shows are fine and iTunes show blue dots for unwatched movies and TV shows. I hooked up a second Apple TV and have the same problem.

Funny, I did the exact same thing..... 2 TVs and none of them are showing a blue dot for new movies even though there is a blue dot in iTunes. And TVs have been synched and synched and resynched...
