Jan 12, 2015 6:04 AM in response to userremovedby userremoved,FYI Spoke with Apple Tech Support they said if I am going to use the macbook for extended period of time like a desktop PC connected to the 24" LED monitor then I should remove the battery so that it wont reduce the life span. -
Apr 1, 2009 8:40 PM in response to userremovedby Malcolm Rayfield,Leave the battery in. Running it a few hour a week without external power may extend the battery life a bit. If you run without the batter, it won't run at full speed.
