Will the Apple Pro Mouse work with my MBP?

Greetings.

Relatively simple question, but I've read a few sources that do not list the Apple Pro Mouse as compatible with the MacBook Pro.

I reckon that the Pro Mouse will work on any Mac with a USB port... just making sure.

Furthermore, will the combination of an Apple Pro Mouse into a new aluminum thinline keyboard into my MBP work?

Thanks,

C

Hello.

Actually, I was talking about the clear/white one. Model M5769. Hopefully it will work with the combo I mentioned, as I just returned home with a wired aluminum keyboard. I've just heard not-so-good things about the Mighty Mouse's trackball, so I'm going to just get a Pro Mouse, although you can't find them new anymore.

What do you think?

I connected a white one and it worked fine. White/black doesn't make any difference. It's like a silver or a black ipod shuffle, no difference except the colour.
I'm using a mighty mouse and the trackball seems fine, it does get a bit clogged up with grime but a quick roll on a damp towel usually does the trick.
Another plus with the MM is the right-click and the two buttons on the side, and it is wireless (if you get the wireless version) but yea, the pro mouse will still work and so should the keyboard.
Kind regards.
