Using Airport Extreme in a Hotel

I am currently living in a hotel for a few months which only has one wired connection. I am thinking about purchasing the Airport Extreme and connecting the ethernet port so that all my devices can have wireless internet and talk to each other.

The hotel uses the type of service where I have to log in to a page before I am given access (really its just an agreement form that I have to click "Yes" to get access).

For my Xbox, I could add my MacBook Pro's MAC address into it and then it would have access no problem.

Is there a way that I can connect an Airport Express into the hotel's ethernet and broadcast wireless internet for me?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.3)

AirPort Extreme base station (AEBS) or AirPort Express (AX)? You mention both.

It doesn't matter the answer is the same. There is no way to configure either to log into a page before you get internet access. You would need to configure either to act as a bridge (not sharing a single public IP address). Therefore the AEBS or AX would not be providing IP addresses. The IP addresses would come from the hotel's router.
