Thanks for your suggestion. For anyone who may be following along, I had to open a graphic with ColorSync Utility to get ColorSync Utility to launch. Then I clicked the Show Filter Inspector icon in the Toolbar of the ColorSync window that the graphic opened in. That brought up a window with six tabs, one of which is Profile First Aid. In Profile First Aid, I clicked Repair. Here's the result:
(Please let me know if you can't see the graphic. I had a case of difficulty with that yesterday.)
If you can see the graphic, you will be able to notice that five profiles have errors and none were repaired. The Epson Perfection 4180 is my flatbed scanner. I have no idea what the other devices are.
