Safari 3.2.2 messed on Windows!

I just installed the Safari 3.2.2 but it wont open properly! The whole windows is black and distorted. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but it did not help.

Please, advise!

I could post a screenshot as well, but the problem is clear: the Safari is not displayed on the monitor properly! Everything is black and distorted with some lines going across.
