iHeart Radio

Has anyone had issues with iHeart not connecting? I listen to my favorite station every morning and today it will not connect. I've restarted, reinstalled, etc. and it just says connecting and never connects. Anyone have any suggestions?

Same issue here in Tampa. Several people I know who also have this app have removed it due to the same "Buffering" issue. Look at any of the most recent reviews on iTunes & you'll see that we're not the only ones who aren't able to use this proggie. This use to be a great app but apparently "Clear Channel" could care less about resolving this issue, or they would have done so already. I'd suggest trying AOL Radio as a substitute until iHeart hopefully gets some needed service or a replacement comes along. 

I have been having trouble the last couple of days, here in Houston and I use my WiFi. I have rebooted and reloaded the app serveral times, after reloading it stays connected for about 30 minutes then drops off and goes into buffering forever. I am temporarily using Flycast to listen to some of my talkradio programs. Maybe Apple-Iphone is having trouble with their servers for this feature because everything else on my 3G phone works perfect.

it seems to at least be working partially today. it buffers for about 10 seconds, plays for 5, buffers for 10, plays for 5... and this is all on an 8mbps cable connection. it is definitely a problem on clearchannel's end. the thing that really irritates me is that with the station i listen to the most, the online browser-based stream always gives a connection error, and i don't get very good over-the-air reception either. so before iheartradio stopped working, it was basically the only way to listen. things like this make me wonder how many companies even care enough to test and retest their own products.
