Great site! Really liked it. Could you please share any tips and tricks used here.... for eg. did you use an inbuilt iWEB template or a third party?

The site was built with the "White, Welcome" iWeb template. However, I altered everything on the template. First I had never built or created a site before so I knew nothing about html. All the design features i.e, photo frames, menu bar, and fades were all done in iWeb. I turned off iWeb's menus, making my own. The flash headers (slides) were created in "BannerZest Pro." I did use "iTweak" for the comments page and inserting google analytics and stat-counter. I used "iWeb SEO Tool" to insert meta tags and "Web Site Maestro" to reduce the size of my pages and"Rage Sitemap Automator" for better control of my sitemap. I got most of my information from the site "iwebfaq.org". I have to say that because of the site we continue to rank very high in searches. The background (outside the web page "Endless Beginnings") I made for free on a web site "grsite.com" that provided backgrounds. I host the site on godaddy. Hope this helps you. Good luck!!!

    Unfortunately, I doubt that.

So you are basically saying that you can't make a good looking website using iWeb are you? You can't have looked here very closely then!!

As for the rollover on the navigation bar, if you are using the template nav bar, then open the Inspector and go to page and click on 'hide nav bar'. Build your own text based nav bar using text boxes or shapes and they Hyperlink by opening the Inspector and clicking on Hyperlink - 2nd from the end of the right. By formatting you can adjust the rollover.

What is your knowledge of html or javascript like? To be able to alter the template nav bar you need to know this.

Well, it would be nice to actually see the site? There is only one Thank You page and that is as far as it goes. When you click on the link it does not load - page missing or not re-directed or uploaded properly?

The two sites seem to have different names which could be the problem. One has Educated and the other ERS.

Try re-uploading or changing names as it does not work at present, so nobody is able to comment on just one page.

I'm a photographer, not a web designer so I appreciate iWeb's design but with one big exception: I would like to make my own template and allow it to be used as the master so that all the navigation will work on every page. However, Apple's approach is "our way or the highway".
So, not being one to give in easily, I have created my website from a blank white iWeb Template, got rid of Apple's icky navigation and created my own master page. I've duplicated that and hand linked all the navigation on every page. Slow, frustrating process but still a lot easier than learning Dreamweaver from scratch.
I've embedded Flash/javascript web galleries made in SlideshowPro for Lightroom. I've also used Soundslides programme in the same way.
    Comments appreciated.

Dear Adrian, My site (http://www.endlessbeginnings.com) was built with the "White, Welcome" iWeb template. However, I altered everything on the template. First I had never built or created a site before so I knew nothing about html. All the design features i.e, photo frames, menu bar, and fades were all done in iWeb. I turned off iWeb's menus, making my own. Once a page was designed with your new menus you can just duplicate that page as a template and then change it further. My site has 32 pages and I only linked the first page.
