italk, open TCP port 12345 & 12346

Question

italk, open TCP port 12345 & 12346

Hi, I can't find any information on what has ports 12345 & 12346 open on my mac, the description says "italk" but the only thing I can find says it might be a trojan.

Anyone have information on this?

Thanks Nick,
I still can't figure out how it was installed on 2 of my 3 macs, is it something that is used by 10.5 or did it come with the developer tools?
