With Windows XP and Vista, this can be with Outlook 2003 or 2007 - which can be used for syncing calendar events also, or with the address book used by Outlook Express with XP, or with the address book used by Windows Mail with Vista - the name change for OE with Vista. I believe this address book is called Windows Contacts.
