Server Connections Interrupted

I have four computers in my creative team on a network of approximately 56 Macs that continually get dropped from their server connection (see attached screen capture).

This is a random interruption the users have found no similarities. Could the users computer going to sleep have an effect on this?

How do I include images into my post?
