converting from palm os data into iphone

i am finally thinking of stopping my use of the palm treo phones and begin using an iphone. my question is:

1) is there some software to allow me to download all my past palm data into the iphone, or

2) be able to sync the palm desktop data with an iphone

thinkpad, Windows XP, palm

You can reinstall Palm Desktop and set it to sync with Outlook instead of Palm Desktop, then sync the iPhone to Outlook. Chapura's Pocket Mirror is a better way to sync the Palm to Outlook.

Another alternative is Chapura's Pocket Copy ( http://chapura.com/pocketcopy.php), which copies Palm Desktop data to Outlook. You will lose tasks and Memos, however, as the iPhone doesn't have equivalent features.
