Add Copyright Info to Footer

Just can't get a text box in the footer can you.:( There are two alternatives: 1 - make the footer 0 pixels, add the text box with the info at the bottom and move it down enough to simulate a footer; 2 - add a shape to the footer, set the color to none and opacity to zero and enter the text into the shape. It will turn into a png file when published.

that isn't accurate, you can definitely move text box into footer area:
1) turn on view layout --> Command (⌘) + shift + L
2) add text box to the page
3) select text box, drag it while hold down Command (⌘) key

you will see footer area highlighted when text box enter it.

Its more convenient to use your © notice to quickly change your page length by dropping it into the main section and dragging it down whenever you need more space than put it in the footer.

you forgot to mention extra mouse clicks and keystrokes in inspector to reduce the footer.
more convenient? hardly.

It really depends on how you go about building a site. I set up all my pages first before I add any content so I only have to do it once.
