Hi there.
I open up my iTunes and go onto the store tab. But instead of loading the page, it just says "Accessing iTunes Store" and stays like that forever. It shows the progress bar all the way to the end, but it still won't load. It seems like it has been getting worse and worse. At first when I installed iTunes, it would just become unresponsive when I cliked on a link or tried to search. But now, it won't even open up the iTunes Store.
Please Help!

I have the same problem, and I really don't know how to fix it either... Just letting you know you're not alone. If I figure something out, I'll post.

"Current user is not an Adminstrator" can you run itunes as an administrator?

Also, have you allowed itunes in your security software firewall?

I cannot run iTunes as an administrator. I have also allowed it through my firewall. It seems like it has been getting worse over time, not like a sudden stop. I haven't made any changes so far.

    Here's what I can suggest
    Check your internet settings.
Control Panel – Internet Options – Advanced
Check SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0
Uncheck “Check for server certificate revocation (requires restart)”
    Click okay

Also, sometime web accelerators can interfer with the store.

SSL and TLS were both already checked and revocation was already unchecked. Could it have something to do with the https connection? Because I remember checking somewhere, "always use secure connection (https://)" but I don't remember where I checked it.

See if windows parental controls for your account are on. When I turned those off for my kid's account, the my kids was able to connect to the store.
