Is it possible to start Plex instead of Front Row, using the Menu button on the Apple Remote?

Mac mini '09, 2.26GHz, 4GB, Mac OS X (10.5.6), Powerbook 12", 1.5GHz G4, 1.25GB

Try out remote buddy to configure the apple remote to lots of things.

It can actually be set within Plex.

Plex > Preferences > System > Input Devices > activate "Always running".
