Personal Backup X3 - cannot delete this application

Hi,
My MacBook came with a file backup application called 'Personal Backup X3 which was set to save system files et al every 24 hrs at 8pm. When I installed Time Machine this app became redundant and I dragged the folder to the Trash bin. However, the application still runs and annoyingly I get reminder every day at 8pm that I cannot find the appropriate folder into which to save the files.

I have done a search thru' Finder and the Applications folder specifically to try and find any remaining elements of the Personal Backup X3 files/software, but to completely no avail.

Any ideas please.

There's an Uninstaller for Personal Backup X3 here.

Scroll down to where you see this; Note: If you don't have an Intego installer on hand to uninstall Intego software, you can download the following tool:

Hi,
Obviously a dumb question, but I can't find any files relating to Personal Backup X3 on my hard drive or anywhere: and I'm not sure how to use the Intego Uninstaller either as that is just a dmg file, and I have any files related to Personal Backup X3 application to drag onto it (if that is how it's meant to be used?)

Double click the .dmg icon. That will open the Uninstaller for you. A window will open titled:
/Volumes/Intego Uninsatller Click Open when you see the dialog box. A dialog box will open, if any of the Personal Backcup X3 files are still on the drive, they will be listed in the box. Just select them and click uninstall.

Many thanks indeed - now I'll just wait for tomorrow at 8pm for the final check that it has been completely uninstalled.
