Help to remove MSN virus from MB

As above, tried to do a search but nothing helpful came up. Am using Adium .

MacBook Al 2.4 Mac OS X (10.5.5), Mac OS X (10.5.5)

Try using ClamXav.

Did a scan with clamxav but nothing found. Anymore ideas?

What MSN virus are you referring to? I am not aware of any virus currently running in the wild affecting OS X.

To be exact, it not a virus actually, but it sends unwanted link to others in my contact list which i am unaware of.

Here's a good link on the topic. You more than likely don't have anything on your Mac doing this. Chances are your email address was hijacked and spammers are sending mail using your information. This link has a number of suggestions to help out:
