Is there a way to hold down mouse click automatically?

hello . i play piano in some chat rooms for people but some of them require that you click on a button (mic/talk/voice etc) and hold it down as long as you want to broadcast audio . Is there a way to make the click hold without me holding it so that i can play piano ? Is there a trick to do this or an App that has this function ? thanks

On the MacBook Pro you need to use the numeric keypad. Since there is not separate keypad, you hold the 'fn' while depressing the m(0), j(1), k(2), l(3 that is lowercase L), u(4), i(5), o(6), 7, 8, 9, .(period)

To hold down the mouse button, you use 'fn' and 'm'

To release you use 'fn' and '.' (period)

I have actually tried this. It does work.

I also selected the press 'Option' 5 times to activate/deactivate, and that worked as well.

hello . I tried both suggestions and nothing. In case the question wasnt clear, i need to have teh mouse click held down without me physically holding it down. so i can click something and have the click hold down without my hand, and without me having to put a shoe on my mouse . thanks (for PC they had things called "mic lockers" so im looking for something similar)
