ES 2: Recreating Lily Allen 'The Fear' synth sound

Hi guys

I read in this month's soundonsound magazine how Lily Allen's latest album was done pretty much exclusively within Logic.

I would really like to recreated that 'squeaky' (if you know what I mean!) synth sound that is very prominent in the chorus of 'The Fear' say with the ES2 and was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction?

I would start with the EFM synth... the squeak sounds to me like a very simple waveform, maybe a triangle waveform, or a square, with some resonance put in.

I do not hear the ES2 doign this as easily as the EFM.

Experiment.
