The iphone does not have a docs folder. Any storage that this app offers is inside the app, likely on a server.

You can go to the itunes page from which you downloaded the app and click the link to the Apps support site.

Yes, the files will be on the app's folder. You must tap on the app icon and then select your file to view. I am not sure if you have to be on the same network that you uploaded it from, but worth a shot.

if you want to copy the files to Your PC you can use any WebDownloader with any Browser using the Iphone's IP adress , and to delete them u just do the same process as deleting an SMS ( Move sideway ur finger on the filename ) , so why accessing them on the Phone ?

I offer no solution to your iPhone's problem, but an alternative program. Currently I use 'Files' from Olive Toast Software. It has it's limitations, but I have never had a problem with it. Here's a link:
