How to register for warranty?

Hmmmm...searching a little further there's no option to register just a power adapter. Are you SURE it needs to be registered? Was there any documentation included that may have helped you? My guess is that it doesn't need to be registered.Whatever the warranty is on that item can be proven with your reciept.

I don't believe accessories need to be registered. Probably just need to keep the receipt like you indicated.

It does get a little bit interesting. I believe that AppleCare also extends the coverage for several Apple-branded accessories (like a keyboard or mouse) purchased to be used with a Mac. Not sure about a power adapter, since one already comes with the computer. The warranty and AppleCare terms say that it's just one accessory of each type covered.

Certainly in the United States, registration is not a requirement for warranty protection. It helps a lot when warrantors insist on it though. Again - I suspect that your original receipt is enough proof for the warranty.

You can't register most accessories with Apple anyways.
