can't move to trash in mail - "mailbox (null)" error

When I try to delete a message in Mail, I get the following error:

The message [message subject] could not be moved to the mailbox "(null)"

Any theories?

Did you ever get a solution for the destination mailbox (null) does not allow messages to be moved to it? I have the same problem and haven't found a solution in the discussions
