Anybody use Mac of All Trades?

I am looking for a used/refurbishd Mac Pro or MacBook Pro, and they have seem to have some stuff I like at good prices. They have a 8.33 out of 10 on resellerratings.com. Yes I know that Apple sells refurbished computers, but they have none in my price range <$1,500. I like this machine here:

Hi Jared,

Have you tried ebay? With the new MacPro's being released there is an influx of users upgrading thus selling their old machines.

I got lucky and scored one with applecare at a really great price. Be patience one will come along that you're looking for.

Hello Simply Dave,

Yes, I have been perusing ebay. It is hard to find a Mac Pro in my price range <$1,500. I have seen quite a few on there in the mid $2,000 range, but for that amount I could buy a new one on the Apple education store. I am also considering a MacBook Pro, those are a lot easier to come by on ebay for the money that I want to spend. I am just not sure if they are powerful enough.

Ask yourself what the purpose of this computer is. Then go from there..

If you want the MacPro and can't afford it, save for a few more months. IMHO, it'd be worth the wait.
