Backup to a server

Backup to a server

I have one Netgear RAID5 server. How can I do so TM take backup to it?
When I go to TM can't I se my server.
But if I go to finder I se them and I can copy files to it from finder.

backups to NAS devices are not supported except for backups to a Time capsule. It also works with drives connected to Airport Extreme Base Station. there are hacks to make it work with other NASes but you are on your own if you use them. see this link
