iTunes chat support is awesome! Trazandra is great!

I had to comment on the wonderful customer service I received this morning from iTunes chat support. Trazandra set me up with an easy solution to my problem (lost music) and saved me money!!

I highly recommend using chat support for assistance with iTunes problems.

Apple, or whoever employs Trazandra: give her a bonus and a promotion!!

Found it. I too did not have the chat button at first. Go here to learn the trick to get it to appear. Wonderful to have iTunes chat!!!!

If available, the link to chat will appear at the bottom of the topic pages on the iTunes Store customer service site. Select the topic area most closely related to your issue and if chat is available, the link will appear at the bottom of the page. Note that chat is not always available, nor available in all countries. If it's not available, you'll see a link to a web form to use to submit your issue.
