Copy files every week

Hey everyone,

I'm pretty new to Automator so hopefully this is a simple one for you experts out there.

I'm trying to copy a folder to a drive and I'd like it to happen every week. So far I've figured out how to copy the folder: Get specified finder items, and copy finder items. However I can't figure out how to do this every week. Would anyone know if this can be done?

you can save your workflow as an ical plugin and make a repeating ical event with an alarm that runs the workflow. however, there are lots of ready made tools for folder synchronization on a schedule. there is really no need to make your own. try Chronosync for example or search mac update for more options.
