Having Trouble With Stuffit 10.0

I have downloaded the installer for Windows Media Player for Mac OS X, and it is in .sitx format. I had trouble opening it with Stuffit Expander, so when I went to the web to try and find the problem, I found that I needed to download Stuffit 10. When I went to the page for this download, it told me the account was inactive.

Anybody have any pointers for me?
