"Unknown" Song Information with iPod Touch 2G OS 3.0 Beta 4

When I have music playing on my iPod and leave it to go to another app or something, when I return to the song it's name, album and artist is listed as Unknown. the album art is also missing. To fixthe problem I just fast toward or go back a few songs for it to go back to normal. Anyone else having this problem?
