Convert PPT to .avi, .3gp, .mov, .rm, .mp4, .wmv, .m2v, .flv

Usually, I do not use video software. Now I need to convert a Powerpoint slide presentation in a movie format such as .avi, .3gp, .mov, .rm, .mp4, .wmv, .m2v, .flv, for uploading onto my website. Can this be done without much involvement?

Thanks.
Robert

"Some of these such as 3gp, mp4, and m2v can be done via QT export as Niel says (.mov is not a format, it's a wrapper, so you'll have to be more specific about that). The others must be done with proprietary encoders; wmv with Flip4Mac, flv with Flash or DV Kitchen, etc."

" I'm only listing the formats you said you need. I'm not sure about PPT's export dialog, but you can always open it in QT once it's out of PPT and export from there."

Zak Ray, I think that you mentioned all the features referred to QucikTime Pro 7.0, right? I do not have it at this point. So, if I have QuickTime Pro 7.0, am I amble to convert the PPT.mov to the formats such as 3gp, mp4, and m2v? I went to Google and found there are free conversion from PPT document to video formats. I am not easy about sending my documents for free conversion because of virus and other security issues. Besides, I am not sure if these free convertors work with Mac PPT document.

Thanks.

Robert
