Most recent bookmarks at top?

Is there a way to re-sort the bookmarks so the most recent are at the top and not the bottom of the list? Is there a way to sort alphabetically?

If not directly, is it possible to do this from the place where the bookmarks are saved as in the IE's "favorites" folder?
