Where are application license keys stored?

Is there a file folder that contains all my license keys?
One of my programs lost it's key (SnapzPro). . . I've had no problem with it for 7 years and 2 machines.

I can't find my original email with the product key . . . is there a way to locate it in one of my back ups?

Yes, how an application stores its registration keys is entirely up to the developers of the application. Some create hidden files in your home folder. Some write it into the app bundle itself. Some write it to some subfolder in /Library. There's no "standard" way to do it.

Best thing to do is keep a record of your registration keys somewhere.
