docking station for mac and pc?

Hi there, I want to use my mac as a desktop and reduce the amounts of cables I have to connect via a docking station. I learned about the Bookendz option, but I have a PC as well from work. I need to swith computers every now and then, and the easiest option seems to be a mobile docking station that works both under windows and os x (10.4 / 10.5). Any recommendation on that anyone?

MacBook 2.0, Mac OS X (10.4.10), 2GB RAM 60Go

Docks are usually machine specific. Most corporations use machines with docking ports which will only work with docks specifically for those machines. The BookEndz option is a little different in that no Macs have a dock port... so third party manufacturers simply design hardware to match up with the standard ports on the MacBooks. There is a different BookEndz model for each MacBook as well as different generations as the ports have changed from time to time. There is no such thing as a "Universal" dock. You could of course use an external USB hub and an external display with both your Mac and PC... but as you're looking for a more neat solution, you may not have much luck.
