Macmail won't forward attachments to Bcc recipients

Hi all,
Both my Wife's mini and my MBP exhibit the same behavior. If I try to send forward a note with attachments using the Bcc field, only the first recipient on the list gets the attachments (pics). Everyone else gets the blue Lego blocks. I have tried sending notes like this from my macs to PC's, between macs, using text or picture attachments, using different ISP's (including POP3 and IMAP) and the same thing happens. When forwarding attachments using the Bcc field, only the first on the list gets the attachments. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so does anyone have a workaround?
